Salkantay Mountain is the highest peak of the Vilcabamba mountain range in the Peruvian Andes. The name Salkantay comes from the word Quecha sallqa, which means wild, savage, uncivilized. This is an incredibly appropriate name for the epic journey we completed in November 2017. Words by “LEE LAU”
