Tour Itinerary

Canoeing Chuquicahuana 1 day:

Pick up from your hotel at 9am and We board our tourist transport and continue the tours to the south of Cusco approx. 2 hours we arrive at the camp where our instructors will teach us the boating equipment (wet suit or neoprene suit, helmets, life jackets) and will give us a brief explanation about its use for your safety.

Ready with our outfits we will go to the beginning of our rafting tour where our instructor will accommodate each member of the tour in their place and teach them techniques so that they can row we will have a walk 2 hours downstream.

At the end we return to the camp where we will enjoy a delicious lunch and then we go to the place to do line shooting and at the end we return to the camp and enjoy a bath in the sauna and return to Cusco arriving approx. at 5 pm.

RAFTING ON THE URUBAMBA RIVER – SACRED VALLEY – MACHU:

The Urubamba (Sacred Valley) is divided into Upper Urubamba and Lower Urubamba, the division function is the Pongo de Mainique, a whitewater canyon that empties into the Amazon plain of the Peru. It has some exciting white water depending on the section of the river that is being made and the time of year. One of our most popular rafting sections during the season is the “Chuquicahuna (Chuqui)” section of the river in Upper Urubamba. This section is ideal for tours and day trips, with good class II, III and III + rapids. Excellent scenic river large eucalyptus trees, beautiful flowers of the place.
